The Little Black Book of Vegan Fashion

Too Chic For Meat is the ultimate guide to cruelty-free fashion for discerning vegans. By Nicole.

Welcome to my 100% cruelty free and vegan safe haven, where you'll find everything that's left to write about after I write for the many websites I write for. Clothing, bags and shoes will take up the most space but expect to find a thought or discussion thrown in as well.

I've been vegan for almost 3 years and was vegetarian for 5 years before that. Prior to making the transition I lived for fashion, and guess what? I still do! Fashion is my true love and we'll be together forever. Nothing is quite like the thrill of discovering an item that beckons you with it's style- price tag be damned!

I've always just been me, and that's usually enough to get people talking. Leading by example is crucial to making a change while respecting the thoughts and beliefs of others, because no one hates anything more than something being shoved down their throat. I won't be pushing the horrors of factory farming on you or tell you why wool is bad because you are all intelligent human beings with your own mind and are capable of making your own choices. I hope this blog helps, entertains and inspires you to be the best, most compassionate and passionate person I know you are through seemingly frivolous clothing and accessories. What you wear is a direct expression of who you are, and I want to show the world that I'm creative, silly, kind and most importantly- stylish.

So let's get this thing started!
